Pre-Tribulation Rapture Myth

Pre-Tribulation?    Mid-Tribulation?    Post-Tribulation?    Which one?
When will Christians be raptured? This is the question I hear most incorrectly answered in the church world today. The overwhelming majority of preachers today preach a pre-tribulation message. This message is simply false. I will explain the rapture and the timing of it as simply and quickly as I can without sacrificing detail.
The first thing I tell folks to do is to forget everything you have been told before and let the Holy Spirit teach you the truth concerning this. Next, understand that NO man knows the hour or the time, not even the angels in Heaven. We are to watch for the signs and pay attention. to the season.

Let us begin with the words of our Lord first. In Matt 24:3, His disciples asked, “what shall be the sign of your coming, and the END of the world.” Jesus said, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” These were His first words in response. Now let’s begin.
The word “rapture” is not in the bible.  1 Thes 4: 17 says, “we shall be caught up.” The expression “caught up” is translated from the Latin Vulgate “rapiemur” which means “we shall be raptured” or “we shall be caught up.” Read 1 Thes 4:13 – 4:17 and you will see this order of events:
1). The Lord will come down from Heaven
2). The dead in Christ will rise FIRST.
3). Then we which are STILL alive, will be “caught up” together and will forever be with the Lord.

This is the rapture.
The Tribulation spoken of by Daniel the prophet will last 7 years. He prophesied that the antichrist would make a covenant with many for one week. The wars on earth would stop and people would begin worshipping in the Temple again and everything would be peaceful. Then in the middle of this “week,” the antichrist would break his covenant, stop worship in the Temple, and declare himself the Messiah. The horrible events that follow we are all familiar with.
Most preachers will assure you that believers are raptured BEFORE, or in the middle of the 7 year tibulation just before all Hell breaks loose. This is a lie. This is the deception Christ spoke of.
Pay attention. 2 Thes 2:3 “Let no man deceive you” Does this sound familiar? 2 Thes  2:8 “whom (AC) the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the BRIGHTNESS of his coming. So this clearly states that when the Lord returns He will destroy the Wicked one (AC) with his beautiful brightness.
Well, at what point in the Tribulation do you think the Lord will destroy the antichrist? Can He destroy him at the beginning? No. Because he must reveal himself in the middle. What about the middle of the tribulation? No. Because he will orchestrate the Hell on earth events that we all have heard of after he reveals himself to be the Messiah. The Lord says that he will descend from heaven with a shout. Raise the dead first. Then we who remain will be caught up and changed. The antichrist is killed at the end of the tribulation. Christ will return at the end of the tribulation to kill the antichrist. At the last trumpet call. This is the order. In Mat 24:29-31 Jesus said it as clearly as it gets. “Immediately AFTER the tribulation… shall appear the sign of the son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” Did Christ say AFTER the tribulation he would return? Okay.
What about those who say that Christ will secretly rapture them in the beginning and then return at the end to kill the antichrist. Not true. The Bible simply does not say this. In fact, he warns against the doctrine that Christ will secretly or discreetly return. Mat 26: 26-27 says that, “as lightening comes out of the east and shines even to the west; so shall the coming of the Son of man be. Again, do not be deceived.
Know this. When Jesus returns, it will be a big deal. So big that the sun and moon will be darkened, the stars and earth will shake, and then will our Lord appear.
False Doctrine
The modern day preacher is more concerned with having the big numbers of a full congregation than having an army of real spiritual soldiers who can deny themselves and guard their soul with the armor or God. The truth is that this message is disheartening for those unequipped to deal with the spiritual attack that is already at work and will increase exponentially over the next years.
Movies like. “Left Behind,” help to fuel this false doctrine. It is a lie that we will be raptured before the tribulation.
Some will say, “Why does it matter when we go. We just need to be ready to go.” This line of thinking is a formula for destruction. If you knew you had a fight with a UFC prize fighter coming up in 8 weeks, what would you do? Would you take a trip to the donut store, the beach, how about just take a nap? My guess is that you would change your diet, start training, and get mentally and spiritually focused for the day that awaits. The danger in not acknowledging that believers will have to endure until the end (Matt 24:22) is that they will be not be prepared for the spiritual and physical onslaught of events that are coming.
During this tribulation you will be in denial that it is indeed the tribulation because you will have already convinced yourself that you will not have to endure. Therefore, anything that occurs such as the wonderful miracles of the antichrist and his mark will all be acceptable to you because of the deception of Satan through our modern day preachers. You will be spiritually out of shape and ill-equipped to handle the deception of the antichrist. In addition to that, the Bible says that the Holy spirit will be withdrawing itself from earth causing sin to be even more tempting than it already is. It will be more difficult to resist sin and utilize your discernment.
You did not find this blog by accident. There is only one God. Only one who teaches and that is the Holy Spirit. Let Him instruct you into righteousness to prepare for the war ahead.
I leave you with the words of our Lord, “ he who remains and endures unto the END will be saved.” May the Lord be with you unto the end.
W.A.T.C.H. Ministries stands for Watchman Alert The Coming Hour. We are called to be watchman. We are supposed to sound our alarm when the enemy approaches. I could no longer sit back knowing what I know and not do anything. I have written letters to our mega churches with no response.
I don’t where this ministry is headed. But I know that I have to start somewhere. This is my very first blog. I encourage you to subscribe to this blog for some really intriguing topics yet to come. I will be talking about the end times. I will be talking about current events. I encourage your feedback and questions. This message is made possible by the true Church. We are not confined to a building. The true Church walks the earth connected and bound in Christ. I encourage your feedback. God Bless!
